Zucchini in sour cream

Ingredients:

Zucchini — 1 pc.
Sour cream — 100 g
Hard cheese — 70 g
Garlic — 1 clove
Dill — 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper — to taste
Vegetable oil — 0.5 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Prepare foods for the recipe. Wash the zucchini, herbs, peel the clove of garlic. Grate the cheese.
  2. Mix sour cream with garlic and chopped dill.
  3. Zucchini cut into slices, salt and pepper. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Put zucchini in one row or overlap.
  4. On each circle of zucchini, put sour cream with dill, sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat the oven.
  5. Bake zucchini in the oven for 20 minutes at 180ºC.
