Pumpkin and mascarpone dip, cucumber dip, green peas dip

Green Pea Dip
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1) green peas — 100 g
2) salt
3) hazelnuts — 40 g
4) hard cheese — 50 g
5) vegetable oil
6) garlic — 1 clove
7) cucumber
8) celery stalk
9) radish
10) cherry tomatoes
11) bread
12) crackers
13) salted straw
14) chili pepper
Cooking method:

  • Boil the green peas in salted water. Fry hazelnuts in a dry frying pan and peel. Combine hazelnuts, grated cheese, boiled green peas and vegetable oil. Grind everything in a blender into a paste, add garlic and grind again.

Cucumber dip
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1) cucumber — 2 pcs.
2) garlic — 1 clove
3) lemon juice
4) Greek yogurt — 200 g
5) salt
6) a mixture of 5 peppers
7) celery stalk
8) radish
9) Cherry Tomatoes
10) bread
11) crackers
12) salted straw
13) chili pepper

Cooking method:

  • We clean 1 cucumber from the peel and seeds, rub on a grater, pour the juice, add chopped garlic, juice ½ lemon, Greek yogurt, salt, pepper and mix well.
  • Served with other types of dips, vegetables, cracker and bread.

Pumpkin and mascarpone dip
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1) pumpkin — 200 g
2) vegetable oil
3) salt
4) thyme
5) Mascarpone cheese — 2 tbsp. l
6) a mixture of 5 peppers
7) cucumber
8) celery stalk
9) radish
10) cherry tomatoes
11) bread
12) crackers
13) salted straw
14) chili pepper

Cooking method:

  • Clean the pumpkin and cut into pieces, transfer it to a baking sheet, add vegetable oil, salt, thyme and bake in an oven at 180 degrees until soft.
  • Then we shift the glass from the blender, add mascarpone and grind. Salt, pepper and garnish with thyme.
  • Served with other kinds of dip, vegetables, cracker and bread.
