Pizza Sun — puff pastry with chorizo sausage

Ideal for this pizza is sausage chorizo, cut into thin circles, but you can take any other that you can find. Tomato sauce is delicious homemade, but you can take it ready.

Ingredients:
puff yeast dough — 450 g;
dry-cured sausage — 75 g;
hard cheese — 100 g;
tomato sauce — 3 tbsp. l .;
spring onions — a small bunch;
chicken egg — 1 pc.

Cooking:
Remove the dough from the freezer about an hour before cooking so that it is defrosted.

  1. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out a dough circle, put it on baking paper or silicone pad.
  2. Make 4 cuts in the center of the circle — 8 triangles of the same size will be released.
  3. Spread the edges of the billet with tomato sauce or ketchup. Add sausage circles.
  4. Wash and dry the green onions, finely chop, sprinkle the pizza with onions.
  5. To rub cheese on a fine grater. Mozzarella will be ideal, but any variety that melts well will do. Dust the filling with cheese and then wrap the triangles to cover the filling.
  6. Edge to fasten.
  7. In a bowl, beat the egg with the help of a fork so that the yolk and white mix up, brush the egg over the pizza using a silicone cooking brush — this is how the pizza forms a ruddy crust.
  8. Put the pizza on a baking sheet.
  9. Heat oven to 200 degrees. Put the pizza tray on an average level. Bake the pizza for about 20 minutes.
