Pie with tomatoes and feta

Ingredients:

Puff pastry — 200 g
Tomatoes — 200 g
Feta — 200 g
Eggs — 3 pcs.
Oregano — 1 large pinch
Chopped parsley — 1 tbsp. l
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Tomatoes cut into small pieces.
  2. Stir in vegetable oil for 5 minutes until soft. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Mix tomatoes with eggs, add oregano, parsley, pepper and salt to taste.
  4. Defrost puff pastry (if necessary) and roll out in one direction. Lay in a shape, prick with a fork.
  5. Put the filling on the dough. Cut feta into slices and spread evenly over the filling.
  6. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
