Oven-baked chicken breast skewers with pineapple

Oven-baked chicken breast skewers with pineapple and sweet pepper in a marinade of lime, soy sauce and chili sauce — an easy, healthy and quick gluten-free chicken recipe for dinner.

INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken breast fillet
450 g canned pineapple
2-3 large sweet peppers
3 tbsp olive oil
juice and grated zest of 1 lime
3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili flakes
salt and freshly ground black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the chicken into medium cubes.
Step 2
For marinade, mix juice and lime zest, chili sauce, butter, spices and soy sauce. Lay the chicken pieces for 10 minutes.
Step 3
String chicken and slices of pineapple and sweet pepper on skewers. Put the skewers on a wire rack or baking sheet covered with foil, and bake for 13-15 minutes.
