Nut and cereal cookies without baking — healthy snack

Nut and cereal cookies without baking — a healthy home-made vegan snack for any occasion (for children and teens at school or college, for work, for athletes after a workout, for traveling)

Ingredients:

Almonds — 1/4 cup
Walnuts — 1/2 cup
Flaxseed — 1 tbsp
Sesame — 1 tablespoon
Oatmeal — 1 cup
Pumpkin seeds — 1/4 cup
Sunflower Seeds — 1/4 cup
Dark raisins — 1 tbsp.
Dried cranberries — 1/3 cup
Honey — 1/4 cup
Sugar — 1/4 cup
Butter — 15 g

Cooking:

  1. On a baking sheet covered with baking paper, place oatmeal, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds. Chop the almonds with a knife into halves, walnuts — into large pieces. The recipe recommends drying the cereals in the oven for 7 minutes at a temperature of 180 *. But I didn’t want to turn on the oven and I roasted all the seeds in two meals in a skillet.
  2. Place all cereals in a spacious bowl.
  3. Rinse and dried cranberries, rinse, dry thoroughly and add to cereals. Stir so that all the components are evenly distributed.
  4. Put sugar, honey and butter in a skillet.
  5. When heated, the mass forms a foam, so the dishes should be deep enough.
  6. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the caramel has a pleasant color. It takes about 5 minutes.
  7. Pour the caramel into the cereals, mix quickly and put into a mold covered with baking paper. The size of my uniform is 15×15.
  8. Top with another sheet of paper and seal well with your hands.
  9. Leave for two hours to allow the mass to cool. And cut into pieces with a knife.
