Hot and thick Italian chocolate

What do we drink:

A mixture of cream and milk — 1.5 stack.
Starch — 1.5 tsp.
Sugar — 4 tbsp. l
Dark chocolate — 85 g

How to pour:

  1. Rub or chop the chocolate.
  2. In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp. l mixes of cream and milk with starch. Stir until smooth, without lumps.
  3. Pour the remaining cream + milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. After that, pour sugar into the boiled mixture.
  4. Pour in the starch mixture and mix to thicken the mixture.
  5. Remove from heat and quickly mix finely grated chocolate.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Pour into cups.
