Homemade mini pizzas

Ingredients:

0.5 kg puff pastry (yeast-free);
3-4 sausages;
80 g of cheese (suitable mozzarella, gouda, edam, masdamer);
ketchup;
small egg.

Cooking:

Clear the sausages from the films and cut them into thin wheels. Sausages can be replaced with boiled or smoked sausage.

  1. Cheese will suit anyone that melts well. To rub cheese on a grater.
  2. Remove the dough in advance from the freezer and defrost at room temperature for several hours. In order not to airborne, cover the top with a towel. The package is usually 2 layers of dough, each cut into 4 pieces — 8 square pieces of dough will be released.
    Roll each square slightly with a rolling pin to make a piece of dough bigger. It is important that the shape is kept square.
  3. The square should be folded diagonally, making 2 cuts parallel to the edges with a sharp knife, not reaching the middle.
  4. Deploy a square, fold it diagonally (now another) and make exactly the same cuts.
  5. Spread the squares, put on a baking sheet, which you must first cover with baking paper.
  6. Center the squares with a tomato sauce or ordinary ketchup.
  7. Put chopped sausages or sausage, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  8. Pin the edges of the dough, as shown in the photo: you need to lift them, you get a beautiful shape, like a flower.
  9. In a bowl, beat an egg and grease them with pizza. Send pizza baked in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake until the dough is well roasted.
  10. Serve the mini-pizza to the table hot, if desired, you can decorate with greens.
