INGREDIENTS
5-6 small beets
3 medium carrots
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1.5 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup olive oil
3 sprigs of parsley

salt, freshly ground black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
