Grapefruit Mojito cocktail with rum

Grapefruit Mojito cocktail with rum is the best recipe for a easy and simple alcoholic drink for a fun party on Christmas, new year, birthday or holiday.

What pour:

Sugar — ⅓ cup
Water — ½ cup
Mint leaves — ½ cup
Red grapefruits — 1 pc.
White rum — ¾ cup
Ice — 3 cup
Mineral water — 1 cup

Like pouring:

  1. In a saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Remove from heat, add mint leaves, close the lid and leave for 10 minutes. Strain in a bowl and refrigerate.
  2. Cut the zest with long strips from the grapefruit using a fruit knife. Put in a bowl and fill with rum. Cover and leave for 30 minutes. Strain.
  3. Carefully cut segments out of grapefruit, removing the membranes.
  4. In each glass, put 2-3 segments of grapefruit, add 0.75 glasses of ice. Separately, mix 3 tablespoons of rum, 2 tablespoons of mint syrup and 0.25 cups of mineral water, pour into a glass. Garnish with mint leaves.
