Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Blue Mold Cheese

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1) frozen Brussels sprouts — 500 g
2) bacon — 100 g
3) blue mold cheese — 50 g
4) butter
5) salt

Cooking method:

  1. Boil in a double boiler frozen Brussels sprouts. Fry bacon in a pan without adding vegetable oil over low heat until crisp.
  2. We boil the boiled Brussels sprouts with napkins, then cut them in half, fry in a pan of bacon with butter and salt.
  3. Fry the cabbage in a bowl, add blue cheese, chopped toasted bacon.
