Baked stuffed potato with cheese and bacon

Baked stuffed potato with cheese, bacon, butter, garlic and herbs — a recipe for a delicious and nutritious main dishe for dinner.

Ingredients:
Potato 4 pcs.
4 cloves of garlic
Butter 100 g
Sour cream 2 tablespoon
4 slices bacon. Can be replaced with ham or sausage
Hard cheese (preferably parmesan) 200g
Dill to taste
Green onions to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste


Wash and dry potatoes — in order for the potato to become rosy and crispy, the skin must be dry. Rub the tubers with a small amount of vegetable oil and salt. We put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1-1.5 hours.

  • After about 40 minutes
  • Finely chop slices of bacon (or sausage / ham), lightly fry in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, the potatoes are ready.
  • Put the pulp out in a bowl,
  • The resulting «minced meat» put in the potato «boat», put them on a baking sheet.
  • For each “boat” we spread 2 cubes of cold butter, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Sent to the oven for 10 minutes ..
  • Bake the potatoes until golden brown. Ready «boats» are slightly cooled, and you can serve
